Applying to enter the
MonKeyVision Song Contest is easy-peasy! Simply complete the
Entry Form below and email it back to us at monkeyvision@hotmail.co.uk MONKEYVISION ENTRY FORM (Word doc) The final deadline for entries is February 28th 2009. If your application is successful we will contact you by the first week of March at the latest to let you know. As part of your application we'd also like to hear an example of your music - if you don't have a MySpace or equivalent, feel free to email us a track as an attachment with your Entry Form. If you don't have any electronic samples of your work, let us know and we'll look at alternatives! :-D NOTE: Electronic signatures are fine - don't worry about the contracty bit, that just says we're making a recording of the night through the sound desk - all songs remain yours by right. ;-) The MonKeyVision Song Contest Team.
